Just recently, one of my first-time home buyers purchased their dream home for less than what they paid for their 2 bedroom apartment.  Not only did they NOT have to have a down payment, they paid LESS than what it takes to move into an apartment!  What a GREAT ending to a wonderful BEGINNING!
